No offense to Kyle
But I could read a stat line and get that much information. He’s spot on with Gardiner, and onto something I’ve been saying since I first saw him in Wisconsin— the desire to develop his offense isn’t there. However, Schultz is likely the heir apparent PP quarterback, and Schultz leaps and bounds over Gardiner confidence-wise right now. Also, the fact that he makes no mention of Nick Bonino’s injury is more than strange. He makes the slump sound natural.
Not a great read, and again, no offense to Kyle— since when does the NCAA get enough respect to actually tell a story on a kid —but a good barometer though it’s something you could get from reading their stat lines.
