***Anaheim Trades Mike Brown To Take Chris Wagner***
THE TELETYPE:
In the 5th Round of today's Draft, Anaheim traded Mike Brown to the Toronto Maple Leafs in order to pick Chris Wagner 122nd Overall. Chris Wagner is a forward with the South Shore Kings of the EJHL committed to Colgate University.
Details to follow
Chris Wagner
6'0" 200lbs
May 1991 birth
After being passed over in last year's Draft, Wagner set an EJHL record for single season scoring with the South Shore Kings. A teammate of first-round pick Charlie Coyle, who was second on the team in scoring, Wagner lacks Coyle's size, his international play and his general wunderkind pedigree. But the Walpole, MA native has shown a strong nose for the net.

I’m sad. I love Brownie. He was the nicest guy. Helluva player too. And Toronto becomes one step closer to becoming Ducks version 2.0

Agreed
I was a big Mike Brown fan. This makes me sad.

don’t forget. Brad May was a conditional pick trade, so this could’ve been much much worse.
