Bobby Ryan's goal would end up being the lone score in a closely fought contest against the Sharks in which Jonas Hiller earned his second straight shutout at the Ponda Center. The win keeps the Sharks at the bottom of the Pacific Division, which is a semi-legitimate ranking when you consider that the Sharks currently only have games in hand on the Ducks. Oh how the mighty have . . . gone with affordable goaltending.
