ARTHUR:
The Ducks won the first period, but Sharks took the remaining frames and the two points in a 4-2 final in San Jose. But the score may have little to do with the effects of the game, as Randy Carlyle expressed his thoughts to the OC Register on the officiating and noting that the team will be ready for the next meeting with San Jose. One of Carlyle's complaints was a no-call on a play by Doug Murray where Anaheim defenseman Lubomir Visnovsky apparently sustained an upper body injury. Lubo will be re-evaluated Sunday.
