According to Eric Stephens of the OC Register, the Ducks have made a second round of roster cuts:

To Medicine Hat (Juniors): Emerson Etem
To Syracuse: Rick Schofield, Mark Bell, Mathieu Carle, Matt Kennedy, and Jake Newton.

Update: Carle and Bell will have to pass through waivers before going to Syracuse.
