So Teemu withdrawals from consideration for the ASG, where I personally think he would have been selected as a Captain alongside Alfredsson perhaps.
A member of the Ottawa media expresses his displeasure for Teemu (and Nick Lidstrom) withdrawing from consideration for the ASG. As a fan, especially a paying fan for an exhibition game, I would be disappointed if the real stars of the game don't go. Even as a Duck fan, and a Teemu fan, I too am slightly disappointed he won't be there. But I understand. Plus, it gives younger stars such as Corey Perry an opportunity to be there. I'd still rather have Teemu tthough.
What are your thoughts on Teemu skipping the game? Yay or Nay, and why?
