Justin Schultz and tampering

Bob McKenzie just tweeted: "Justin Schultz becomes UFA at midnight Sunday night. Blue-chip D prospect to meet with agent(s) in Toronto on Tuesday. Will field offers Wed."

For some reason I want to throw up the way this kid is handling the situation. He's treating himself like NHL royalty when he hasn't even played a single game in the league. Either his parents really fucked up or he's just a natural douche bag. Anyways, with Schultz now gone, is it possible that the Ducks will move forward with tampering charges? I know Newport Rebel said that the Ducks had some dirt on other teams, but will they really act on it? It will be really pathetic if management does not even pursue charges.

In cases of tampering, I am not sure what the compensation would be for the Ducks. I've heard that the NHL takes these cases very seriously and apparently St. Louis was slapped pretty hard after messing with Scott Stevens back in the day. I just can't believe Henry Samueli hasn't fired Bob Murray yet. It can't get any worse right?
