Now if we can get Krejci and a 1st rounder for Bobby Ryan, I think we are back to a team with a big defense that is strong down the middle (getzy - krejci - Koivu) and has a great goalie. Smacks of 2007 without the fantastic one / two punch at D (Niedermayer & Pronger). Not saying that would be a contending roster, but with or without Krejci, the Ducks should be able to place somewhere between 4 and 8 in the West. Don't you think?
