Ducks' center (and RFA) Nick Bonino has filed for salary arbitration. Basically, the Ducks made Bonino a qualifying offer and he wants more money than what they offered. Seeing as Bonino is a key piece of the Ducks offense next season, I'd say he's got a good case. Hopefully this can get solved before it goes all the way to actual arbitration. It is on the Ducks to prove why Bonino doesn't deserve a more money than what they offered him. Things can get pretty nasty during arbitration. No one likes hearing why they suck and don't deserve more money.
