Must. Stop. Chris. Stewart.
I could basically end the preview there, but I'm obligated to write at least 150 words. So, I'll just repeat it:
Must. Stop. Chris. Stewart.
The Blues forward has been scoring at a torrid pace, racking up six goals and six assists in the past six games. He scored two assists and a goal in the sloppy mess that was last month's home game versus the Blues. Stewart did not score any points in the game against us last Sunday, and will be looking to get back on track.
Blues center Alex Steen returned to the ice for the first time against Phoenix on Thursday (after sitting out 8 games with an injury), and recorded a goal and an assist. Watch out for him, too. And not to increase your anxiety, but the Blues' rookie netminder, Jake Allen, blanked Phoenix on Thursday, and is on a four-game winning streak.
But I'm not panicking. After an uneven series against Phoenix, the Ducks settled down against Dallas and Minnesota. Let's get it done, boys. FOWL!
