Interesting Cap Situation in Toronto (Franson)

Anaheim's favorite trading partner, the Toronto Maple Leafs, have really out-Leafed themselves this offseason. After throwing out big money to questionable recipients David Clarkson and Tyler Bozak, they have roughly 4 million in cap space left to resign burgeoning star RFA's Cody Franson and Nazem Kadri. In all likelihood this will not be enough to sign both, leading many to speculate that Franson's right's are on the trading block. A young, big (6'5), offensive RS defenseman? Sign me up. Darren Dreger remarked that the going price would likely be a pick and a prospect. Hey, we have a few of those.

It's far more probable than not that the Franson situation will get resolved without him pulling on a Ducks sweater, but it is fun to speculate. Toronto is a frequent trading partner, and we have a serious dearth of both size and right handed shooting D, and an abundance of picks and prospects/young players. Sbisa+a pick for Franson? What would you give up for him?
