If you don't know who Corey Pronman is, then here's your introduction him. Here's a person who does a lot of extensive work on collecting data, both visually, statistically, and talking with numerous amounts of scouts - from what I've read through the years. The hockey sub-culture follows what he writes because he does provide more information than your standard magazines would put out. Best of all, it's all online for your enjoyment!
Note, though, he has an affinity to players who started their hockey careers over the pond and he does not like to rank Goalies too high, as you will witness after reading his preview. While I might not agree with Pronman about not raking the goalie position higher, but I can understand that the goalie position is one of the hardest to predict. (Chris Gibson was drafted near John Gibson, but Chris is no long with the Kings' org. Just an example of how difficult is it to judge goalies.)
But do read his preview in its entirety as Pronman puts in honorable mentions, a sleeper pick, and his ranking for 22 and younger for the Ducks. BTW, Fowler still fits into that 22 and younger crowd. Crazy, right?!
