Who would everyone be interested in from Vancouver? 2nd Line Winger? 3rd Line Centre? Prospect?

I'd be interested in Schroeder, but I know that would take a LOT.

My favorite former Ducks Radio color commentator Brent Severyn wrote a great article @ SI.com about being an enforcer in NHL. Included are comments and video on the big brawl against Dallas, where Brent as a Mighty Duck (97-98) fought Sydor and then had to play with him on the same team the following year.

According to MY EYES, Bobby Ryan left practice early, in visible pain, after injuring himself in a drill. He walked to the locker room with his right sock down and thigh pad sticking out. Story developing...

UPDATE: Carlyle told reporters that Ryan has a groin strain (via OC Register). No indication of severity or if it will keep him out of practice tomorrow.

Well it's that time of year when the season previews start to be released which means the season is only a month away! Here's what yet another publication thinks of our offseason and how we look for this upcoming season, it's another encouring take from the boys over at TSN.

At 2:00pm PST on Wednesday, August 31st, the Ducks will be hosting a chat with the newest Duck, center Andrew Cogliano. Cogliano will likely be the third line center on the (hopefully) reincarnated checking/shutdown line.
