Open Gameday Recap Thread Ducks @ Blue Jackets

DANIEL:

The Ducks did something they haven't been able to do since the first month of the season: Win on the road.  The second line continued its dominance as Big Sexy opened scoring late in the first, and Bobby Ryan scored the eventual game winner in the last minute of the second period.  The power play also came through for the Ducks by scoring a key insurance marker in the third period courtesy of Corey Perry shot from between the circles off a beautiful feed from Ryan Whitney.  Jonas Hiller turned in a much needed great performance allowing one goal on 36 shots, and slammed the door shut in the third period after the Blue Jackets pulled within one late in the second.  It was full sixty minutes for the Ducks, and as they've proved all year, when they play a full sixty they can win.
