***Anaheim Down to A Healthy 23-Man Roster***

THE TELETYPE:
With today's announced reassignment of Josh Green and Maxime Macenauer to Syracuse, the Anaheim Ducks now have a 26-man roster with three injuries to Toni Lydman, Joffrey Lupul and Jason Jaffray.  Lupul is not expected to return until, at the earliest, November, while Jaffray has a long term ACL injury and was expected to play the season with the Syracuse Crunch.

Lydman has skated recently, but a date for his return still has not been set.  The Ducks are carrying a two-way contract defenseman in Brendan Mikkelson and an ELC defenseman in Cam Fowler.  The former may be sent down to accommodate Lydman, while the latter may be sent back to his junior team in Windsor, though after nine games, a year of Fowler's ELC would toll.

With only the reintroduction of Lydman (and perhaps reassignment of Fowler) left, Anaheim apparently has its 23-man roster for 2010-11 set with its captaincy named to Ryan Getzlaf (C), Teemu Selanne (A) and Saku Koivu (A):
