I should start with a brief note on how SBN is giving away a 46" 3D 1080P Samsung Television. In order to win, you have to Follow SBN on Twitter, Like SBN on Facebook, then comment at the aforelinked page on the best sports moment you ever watched on television. The winner will be selected on November 24th. It would be nice for the winner to come from our community and have us exercise bragging rights over the network. Also, it would be nice for that person to explain to me how a 3D television works.
On to the game. The Ducks are technically on a losing streak, but since they have points in two of those games, you may not have noticed. Columbus is 7-3 in their last 10, and Anaheim will have to focus to beat them. The Kings proved that much on Wednesday when they let the Jackets claim the first away team victory at Staples Center with a 3rd period comeback.
I hope to se a relatively edgy game tonight. The Blue Jackets power play is second to last in the league, clicking at less than 10% on their 63 opportunities. The Ducks, predictably, are second in minors only to the Flyers. Anaheim has played semi-disciplined of late, but has also been pushed around a bit. Tonight might be the safest game available in this homestand for them to try and find their physical game.
