THE TELETYPE:
The Ducks' 2008 1st and 2nd Round picks (Jake Gardiner and Justin Schultz respectively) will no longer develop under the tutelage of Mark Osiecki, as Inside College Hockey reported over the weekend that the Wisconsin Assistant Coach is leaving the Badgers to fill the head coaching position at Ohio State.

During his six year tenure with Wisconsin, Osiecki was generally credited with recruiting and developing the team's defense corps.  His work was on full display last month, as the Badgers brought the most dynamic blueline in the country to the NCAA championship game.
