ARTHUR:
Parros again? That's double Dedication dipping, Ducks marketing.
O Canada. The Ducks begin their great white north + Columbus road trip this afternoon against the Ottawa Senators. The Sens have earned just three standings points in the year, and you can argue that they were spotted two of them in a game against the Islanders. That's not to say the Senators will be easy competition or that the Maple Leafs will be two nights later. After all, the Oilers were a struggling team, and they woke up and took the Ducks down to the wire at home.
The opportunity tonight is to play a team that doesn't feel good about itself. If the Ducks come into the building with confidence, they may be able to own the ice. If they don't, or if they try to hold on late in the game, then they may have to look on helplessly as Ottawa rediscovers its confidence.
FOWL!
