Open Gameday Recap Thread Blues @ Ducks

ARTHUR:
Ray Emery shook off the cobwebs in his first start and just his second look at NHL action in over a year to lead the Ducks to a 2-1 victory over the St. Louis Blues.  Emery saved 30 shots and proved himself back to game shape after a brief stint in the minors and a calendar year on the shelf.  Jason Blake came through with two goals, banking in a centering pass and tipping in a Visnovsky shot.

Though the playoff picture is continually in flux, Anaheim has currently secured the 8 spot.
