Per our SB Nation sister site, Bucky's Fifth Quarter, Andy Johnson is following the story of Ducks 2012 draft pick Nic Kerdiles' suspension by the NCAA. Kerdiles is currently attending the University of Wisconsin.
From what I've read, he was photographed with members from a sports agency at the draft. It's not a violation if he pays for his own dinner; however, that's an oversimplification of the case itself.
I highly suggest following Andy's Story Stream on the issue. Following that link will give you the up-to-date stories in one central location. He's going to break all the news - not us.
Here are some of Andy's recent tweets. The order is oldest at the top, newest at the bottom.
2 part situation with Kerdiles. Part 1 involves offering autographs for people following him on twitter. How that is an issue is beyond me.

Part 2 involves photos posted on his facebook page. That's a bit more complicated, but still ridiculous. Absolute witch-hunt by the NCAA.
