Rookie Camp Schedule/Roster Announced

It's not real hockey, it's not even preseason, it's not really even training camp, but Rookie Camp starts Thursday and it's one step closer to the real thing.

I won't have to deal with this crap again next year.

It seems like every day we're getting new signs that the 2013-14 season is nearly upon us.  Today it was the announcement of the Ducks Rookie Camp schedule and roster, the centerpiece of which is a game between the Ducks and Kings rookies at Honda Center on Saturday, Sept 7 (There's also a game on Monday night at the Kings' practice facility in El Segundo).

It all kicks off with a double practice session open to the public and free of charge on Thursday, Sept 5 at 11 am and 12:30 pm.  That's less than 48 hours away!  So, if you're jonesing for some hockey, see if you can slip out of work for an early and/or long lunch to see the ducklings in action.
