(Note:  We're still working on the Soundcloud thing, for now it's just this episode, but eventually we'll have the whole archive there and will phase out our old hosting site)

[Note: Due to processing time, out of our control, the podcast probably won't be available on iTunes until tomorrow morning]

On this week's show:

Recorded Thursday, September 11, 2014

- A little bit of a downer to begin the pod as we recorded on Sept. 11, reference the Lokomotiv crash

-On a slightly cheerier note, we eulogize Saku Koivu's career

- But there was also good news with the signing of Bruce Boudreau to a two year extension

- and more on the Ducks vs. Sharks Futures Games this weekend including who we're looking forward to seeing and more development of a potential Anaheim Calling meet up

- Also some discussion of the void that will be left by HBO 24/7 in the lead up to this year's Winter Classic (with some reminiscing about the glory days of that series)

- As well as our thoughts on the new rule changes that were announced by the NHL yesterday afternoon.

...And much, much more
