Andersen Has A New Retro Inspired Mask Coming
After spending all of last season paying tribute to the Danish-made toy LEGO, and this season upping it by including Batman, Anaheim Ducks goalie Frederik Andersen has a new mask on the way courtesy of airbrush artist extraordinaire David Gunnarsson.

Examining 3rd Period Line Combinations vs Carolina
One of the tricks that Ducks fans have come to know and expect from Coach Boudreau when things aren't clicking for the team is to shuffle up the line combinations. A multi-goal deficit saw the shaking of the metaphorical line Etch-A-Sketch.

Anaheim came into Friday's game on a two-game winning streak, with Tampa the only thing between them and four in a row. Carolina had lost their last two games but had recently found their offensive touch having scored five goals in those last two.

Eddie Lack holds Anaheim to one goal on 32 shots to snap Anaheim's winning streak. Carolina got their revenge for a loss to Anaheim a month ago as the Hurricanes beat the Ducks 5-1 Friday night at Honda Center.
