Round One Schedule Announced

The Ducks will start the playoffs on Thursday, April 16 against the WInnipeg Jets.

Saturday night, the NHL announced the schedule for the first round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs, including national TV carriers.  The Ducks will begin the quest for the franchise's second Stanley Cup against the Winnipeg Jets at Honda Center on Thursday night.  Here is the schedule as it stands now.

Thursday, April 16 10:30 p.m. Winnipeg at Anaheim CNBC, Sportsnet, TVA Sports
Saturday, April 18 10:30 p.m. Winnipeg at Anaheim NBCSN, Sportsnet, TVA Sports
Monday, April 20 9 p.m. Anaheim at Winnipeg Sportsnet, TVA Sports, NBCSN
Wednesday, April 22 9:30 p.m. Anaheim at Winnipeg Sportsnet, TVA Sports, USA
*Friday, April 24 TBD Winnipeg at Anaheim Sportsnet
*Sunday, April 26 TBD Anaheim at Winnipeg Sportsnet
*Tuesday, April 28 TBD Winnipeg at Anaheim Sportsnet

Local broadcast information for the first round is still TBA.  The first round of games will be broadcast on some combination of Prime Ticket, Fox Sports West and KCOP-13, while subsequent rounds (hopefully) will be solely broadcast on the NBC family of networks in the US and Sportsnet in Canada.
