As you may or may not know there is a “humangous big” Olympic hockey game on tonight, and we here at Anaheim Calling wanted to give you a place where you could chat about the game with other Ducks fans.

This game features the two best Women’s Hockey teams in the world, the USA and Canada, in a rematch of the final game in group A. As you may or may not know, the Canadians won this first battle 2-1, but the real war is about to begin. Tonight’s game is for all the marbles. This is the game that the ladies on both sides have trained their entire lives to play in. The Canadians are looking to live up to the legacy left by the prior Canadian women’s teams, while the Americans are searching to conquer their demons and capture the first gold medal for the US women since the initial incarnation of the women’s tournament in 1998.

On top of all of that, this is without a doubt the best rivalry in all of hockey right now. These two teams actually hate each other on the ice and it can be seen in the way they play. Even though no body checking is allowed, these teams push the limits of the refs in these games and get really nasty. This is going to be not only the best game of the women’s tournament this Olympics, but the best hockey game of the entire Olympics. Strap in, grab a beer, and enjoy!
