Unless you have been living under a rock, you have already heard that the Ducks have signed Troy Terry to his 3 year ELC. Well in addition to that news, it was reported yesterday that Terry would be on his way to Vancouver to join up with the Ducks. Not only did he make it in time for the morning skate, but he will be inserted into the lineup for tonight’s game!
Randy Carlyle said Troy Terry will play tonight for Ducks. Called him a skilled player that will play with some of their skilled. (Also, the photog in me just wanted to post a better shot). pic.twitter.com/IBD0P0Ogmo

To cover some bases with this one. Ducks did not go through lines this morning. It appears Chris Kelly will come out of lineup. But as far as where Terry will play, that remains to be seen tonight. Feel free to play the home version of Ducks Lineup.

From the perspective of the Ducks, the timing of Denver University’s loss to Ohio State was perfect. This allows the team to not only sign Terry with time left in the season, but insert him into the lineup against a downtrodden and injured Canuck’s team.
The final point to take away from Eric Stephen’s tweets is that it seems like Terry will not simply be put on the 4th line in Chris Kelly’s spot. Per Randy Carlyle he will be playing with some of the more skilled players on the team. If I was a betting man, I would put money on him skating alongside Henrique and Kase to start the game.
For those interested in seeing the hands and skills of Troy Terry, I will leave you with the highlights of his shootout goals from the 2017 World Junior Championships:
