It’s Zegras season, baby!
After Adam Henrique cleared waivers yesterday, the Anaheim Ducks called up World Juniors Championship super star Trevor Zegras and he’ll make his debut tonight against the Arizona Coyotes. Zegras has nine points (four goals, five assists) in eight AHL games with the San Diego Gulls so far this season.
The Coyotes are in the midst of a nine-game homestand, and a two-game losing streak thanks to the Los Angeles Kings. In the two-game series against the Ducks at the end of January, the Coyotes walked away with a 1-0 loss and 3-2 win.
