The Ducks have signed Clayton Stoner to a four year 13 million dollar deal, putting the cap hit at 3.25 per year. Here is a link to his possession numbers per behindthenet.
Clayton is a big bodied defender in the stay at home category. He gives the Ducks seven defenders for next year and Sami Vatanen to sign to a new deal. Keep an eye on moves with a defender doing the other way.
Stoner went 1-4=5 last year and doesn't really have an offensive component to his game. Below are his career stats from nhl.com
